Payment for today's visit and your future visits are due at the time of treatment. We realize some patients will not not be able to pay cash for their treatment. Therefore, we offer several alternative payment programs for your convenience. The following monthly payment plan options are available:


1) Three, six and twelve month interest free accounts, no payment required at time of service, easily established , and can be used repeatedly for future treatments.

2) For need beyond 12 months, payments can be extended up to five years at a competitive interest rate, easily established, and no payment required at time of service.

In addition we would also refer you to CareCredit.com or Capitol One Health Care for other possible arrangements for your financing needs.
